You found something you can’t live without, but what about shipping?
At reStitch, we’ve partnered with FedEx® for shipping. And in some cases, USPS will deliver your package(s). Our goal is to get you your newfound treasure as quickly as possible. Costs vary depending on order value and how quickly you would like to receive your items.
Orders of $24.99 or more
Ground shipping is FREE! (Continental US: 4-5 days | AK/HI: 5-7 days)
Expedited shipping is $6.99. (Continental US: 1-3 days | AK/HI: 2-3 days)
Orders less than $24.99
Ground shipping is $6.99. (Continental US: 4-5 days | AK/HI: 5-7 days)
Expedited shipping is $11.99. (Continental US: 1-3 days | AK/HI: 2-3 days)
It’s your choice!
During the checkout process, you’ll be asked to choose whether you’d like Ground or Expedited Shipping. Any applicable shipping charges will then be added to your order total.
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipping from different locations and come in separate packages. Your items may arrive on different days depending the location.
If an item you snagged at reStitch.com doesn’t work out and you need to return it:
Log into your account at reStitch.com. If you don’t have an account, you can create one at any time so you can access your order information.
On your Account Dashboard, click the ‘Request Return’ link next to the order you have an item that you need to return.
Next, follow the instructions on the ‘Create new RMA’ (return merchandise authorization) page.
As part of the return process, you will be asked for a ‘Return Label Type’ where you can choose to ship on your own and just print the address label or to ship using a pre-paid FedEx® label.
If you choose to use the pre-paid shipping label option, a return shipping fee of $6.99 + applicable taxes will be deducted from your return amount.
Please note, that if you purchased items from multiple locations, they will need to be returned separately and for each location, you will incur a return shipping fee. If your order total is less than the return shipping fee, you will not see this option. In some cases, it may cost less to use a carrier of your own choosing.
