At reStitch, we’ve partnered with FedEx® for shipping. That means you have different options for shipping, based on the size of your order:
Orders of $24.99 or More
Ground shipping is FREE! (Continental US: 4-5 days | AK/HI: 5-7 days)
Expedited shipping is $6.99. (Continental US: 1-3 days | AK/HI: 2-3 days)
Orders of $24.99 or Less
Ground shipping is $6.99. (Continental US: 4-5 days | AK/HI: 5-7 days)
Expedited shipping is $11.99. (Continental US: 1-3 days | AK/HI: 2-3 days)
It’s your choice!
During the checkout process, you’ll be asked to choose whether you’d like Ground or Expedited Shipping. Shipping charges will then be added to your order total.
If an item you snagged at reStitch.com doesn’t work out and you need to ship it back to reStitch:
Log into your account at reStitch.com. (If you don’t have an account, you can create one at any time.)
Under ‘My Returns,’ click the ‘Request a return’ button.
Choose to ship your return using a pre-paid shipping label or at your own cost. (If you choose to print a pre-paid shipping label, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your return amount.The fee is $6.99 + applicable taxes. If your order totals less than the return shipping fee, you will not see this option.)
